Our Learning LAB focuses on the the challenges facing us in Training and Development. A critical challenge is to make learning more effective through the use of technology and emerging learning designs. Mobile learning, highly interactive simulations and use of complex immersive 3D media are widely accepted to engender effective learning.

At the same time, customers face high costs, limited flexibility of change, longer design and development cycles and even more pressure on scarce SME time if they want to achieve this; not to mention the limited availability of vendor skills to deliver these solutions and the impact on time to market.

And here in lies Servitium’s expertise, excitement and focus. Our extended capabilities span mobile learning (both content and learning tools); use of immersive 3D media; and the use of real-life simulations in learning for hardware, software, networking, processes, operations, business strategy, and soft skills.

All these are heavily dependent on learning designs (conceptualizations of the way learners learn), subject matter expertise and technology innovations. And their adoption by customers is also heavily tied in with keeping costs low, development cycles short etc.
