The Project Management Process at Servitium focuses on “quality on time”. We understand that visibility on the project progress is paramount for the customer because of the geographically diverse locations and time zones for the project. We also appreciate that customers may need to be able to access key resources in the case of emergencies or escalate issues to senior management as necessary. And one of the critical success factors for smooth project execution is early anticipatory communication from the project manager.

Our project management methodology covers all the phases of the project spanning the Initiate, Plan, Execute and Close phases.
